He started off has a metallurgist in Jonquière, Quebec at ALCAN in 1974. In 1980 he became technical director and right after director of production.
In 1988, he became production manager at the Duralcan pilot plant in San Diego. He then returned to Saguenay where he was production manager of the Duralcan plant in Dubuc until 1992.
In 1993, he became director of light gauge engineering projects for ALCAN in Terre Haute, Indiana. Regional Director of Technology, Alcan Nikki Asia Corp in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 2000 to 2002.
He then came back to Terre Haute as director of engineering processes for continual improvement in North America.
For the last 10 years he has been focusing on a special R&D project that focuses on new methods of producing aluminum tubes.
His extensive knowledge of aluminum and steel is a precious asset for ALU MC3.
